Loved the wonderful pool and the option to rent bicycles. The restaurant served both Vietnamese and international cuisines. The hotel also provided laundry service and room service. Great location, close to the beach and cultural sights.

The bungalows around the pool looks very nice. There was a laptop for free internet use in our room.

When you arrive, you need to go through the older backpackers hostel. I first fought we are at the wrong hotel. The windows of the bungalow are not closing very well. So you can here all the people around the pool very well... Really annoying was a water pump for the shower, toilet etc... It wakes you up in the morning when the others went for a shower or also in the night when someone goes to the toilet... Its a little more outside the center then its seems on the map, but okay.

The villas were lovely rooms and new which was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for them. The bikes were great and in good order. Lovley pool.

The beds were exremely hard for westerners even though they were new. The advertised Saturday night movie did not happen which disappointed the kids.

I always return to this place. The staff found my lost barrette on my first stay and I will never forget it. With Wi-Fi, electric kettle, AC, and a pool, it has everything I need. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

The room was smell very bad, from the restroom. They already known but try to cover the smell and still gave the room to us. The front desk girl talked rude to guest. And when we said that wasnt right about the way the spoke to her customer, she apologized and said she was only in the service for few months. At least she apologized.

I had an amazing stay at Memority Villas & Spa! The villa I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff were excellent, always willing to help and make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, ensuring that I never left hungry. Renting bikes was easy and affordable, allowing me to explore the surrounding area effortlessly. And of course, the pool was simply exquisite, providing a refreshing oasis to relax in. The happy hour in the bar was also a great way to start my evenings. I highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous and relaxing stay.

Rooms were not ready by 4pm, but we got promise that rooms will be ready in 15 mins. Unfortunately even after 1 hour of waiting we did not get our rooms and left to the city Villas look new, but sewage is probably installed incorrectly and there is a bad smell in the bathroom

The design of the villas was great - fairly new. The spa & massage services were very good Reception and security was friendly Breakfast was good with good variety

The design of this hotel was beautiful but as for the builders execution it was very poor. Sewerage smell coming up through the drain in the bathrooms was horrible- after putting up with it the first night we were moved. Every time you flushed the toilet or used water the pump would come on- not only could we hear ours but everyone else as well, so in the middle of the night we could here every shower toilet flush & the pump continuously. There was no sound insulation in the walls. The shower ran warm & cool continuously so there was never a good shower. The rooms were only cleaned once over our five nights and we had to ask for toilet paper The beds were as hard as a rock- no good nights sleep for me...

The rooms at Hoi An Memority Villas & Spa are beautifully decorated and make you feel like you're in a dreamy paradise. They have a cozy and inviting atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. As a trekker, I appreciate coming back to a comfortable and well-designed space after a long day exploring.

While the private bathrooms with shower/tub combinations were luxurious, I personally found the jetted bathtubs and rainfall showerheads to be a bit excessive. However, I understand that others may appreciate the added indulgence.

Happy with the hotel in everyway. Everything are very beautiful, new, clean and modern. We even have a laptop in our room. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and polite at all times. We have stayed in many 1-5* hotels around the world and we would consider the staff at the Green Field Villas in Hoi An hard to beat. Location is also great, near the old town but down the alley so it will not be busy.

My weekend stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The pool was a great amenity, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The location was ideal, just a short bike ride away from the ancient city. The bikes were provided by the hotel free of charge, making it convenient to explore the bustling streets. The rooms were spacious and the showers were amazing. it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely return.

While everything was great, there were a few minor downsides. it would have been helpful to have mosquito nets in the rooms as there were some mosquitos due to the nearby water.
